The hotel room was comfortable and spacious, with good access via the lift. However, it was in very poor condition with torn curtains, stained walls, and generally dingy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with cooking facilities.

The location was great, near Plaza del Charco with nice surrounding bars. It was also a 15-minute walk from the fantastic Loro Parque.
